A CRM for a manufacturing company

Our client is a premier luxury real estate firm with over 2,000 realtors. Built on innovation and integrity, the firm prioritizes efficiency and fairness in its internal operations. 

The firm approached us to build applications to eliminate inefficiencies in the sales process and manage marketing budgets. Initially, they had relied on contractors, but as the company grew, they needed the support of an experienced team to provide stable and scalable solutions. 

 Working directly with the company’s executive team, we: 

  • Conducted a full-system Laravel upgrade and architecture transfer to bring all servers and systems in-house.
  • Developed a tool to assign and track each real estate agent’s marketing budget. This program connects the agents with top-notch vendors providing both marketing collateral and cost-tracking capabilities.
  • Created a tool to match incoming clients with the real estate agent best suited to their needs. Prospects in particular categories are matched immediately with a live sales agent.
  • Designed an application to operate as both a CRM (client relationship management database) and a listing tracking system.
